Music

Diana Hannaford-Wilcox is back on the bench! After two years of sick leave, she is happy to be making music again!

 Choir
The Chancel Choir meets every Thursday at 7:00 pm. They rehearse anthems (songs) to sing each Sunday that tie in with the minister’s message, and they rehearse the upcoming hymns (congregational songs) so they can support the congregation, and they have a lot of fun!

St. Paul's Handbell ChoirHandbells
Handbells have been an integral part of our worship services since the first two-octave set was purchased in 1968. The third octave was added a few years later and, over the years, we acquired even more.  Rehearsals are Tuesdays at 7:00 PM.

Recitals/Concerts

There is nothing planned for the summer months but keep checking! You don’t want to miss a single concert!

The next concert, with the support of the Gordon and Joan Cameron Trust, will be on Tuesday 24 October, with a special twist:  organ (Lottie Enns-Braun) and saxophone! (Allen Harrington), a duo based in Winnipeg.  Can’t wait to hear this one!

Choir Fun!

Our choirs are finished for the summer but we managed to have some wind-up parties to celebrate. Unfortunately, we didn’t get any Handbell photos from our party at Doreen’s but at the Chancel Choir, the camera was definitely present at the Raby’s camp! (there were more pictures and more people but I am having trouble uploading them! …. sorry)
